As the primary and principal educators of our children, parents know that students who have parents who are actively involved in their child’s education are more successful. As part of Sacred Heart’s philosophy of mutual support, parents are expected to provide service to the school through parent service hours. These service hours must be served through Sacred Heart Home and School Association activities, the Fall Festival, the Spring Festival and additional approved school activities listed below.
Families are required to serve 20 hours (10 for single parents) or pay the equivalent of $25 per hour. All service hours must be completed by May 15 or a bill will be issued. Parents may sign up for service hour opportunities at the first Home and School meeting.
